March 25, 2014

Trane checkOnce again, Trane has positioned itself as United Way of the Greater Clarksville Region’s Highest  Contributing Workplace Partner, with employee and corporation donations totaling just over $150,000.  For several years now, Trane and its employees have helped set the standard for community investing by lending time and talents to impact long-lasting change in Clarksville and its surrounding counties. As a subsidiary of Ingersoll Rand, Trane ‘inspires progress’ not only as a corporate business leader, but as a community leader as well.

adiTrane’s 2013-2014 United Way Campaign saw an astounding 23 percent increase. Trane dedicates itself to advancing what United Way considers the three building blocks of life: education, health, and income. They accomplish this by working closely with other United Way Community Partners and programs such as Austin Peay State University, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Meals on Wheels, and the Safehouse Shelter.   It’s active, involved leadership contributes to the success of Trane’s commitment to supporting the United Way. Many Trane employees volunteer their time and talents within the community as well.
